Provision User Services

Clicking on the icon will bring up the Provision User Services screen which will allow you to provision or de-provision the chosen user with services. The Provision User Services screen looks like:

The list that displays will show all the possible services that you can give the user. The Status Icon will show the status of the service provisioning for the user. The options are:

- The service has not been provisioned.
- The service has been successfully provisioned to the user.
- The request to provision this user with the service is in the queue.
- The provisioning is in process.
- The provisioning failed.

Clicking on the Name of the Service will display the options to provision and de-provision the user with this service:

Selecting the icon will provision the user with the service. Once the user has the service, selecting the icon will de-provision the service from this user.

The icon is available to set advanced properties for the service and generally there will be nothing available to change even if you do select it. If it is needed for a service that your company has then you will get special instructions on what you need to do.

Each service is different and different services take longer than others to provision and also the time that it takes depends on how busy things are when it is happening. Sometimes the provisioning will occur so quickly that you will not see the transition and sometimes the provisioning of a particular service may take several minutes.
