Web Scheduler Support in Helm 3.2.11

Before your customers can utilize the Web Scheduler Support feature in Helm, you will need to modify their account resources. This guide provides detailed directions on the process you need to complete. To begin, please login to Helm and then go to your hosting plans page. The process outlined below will need to be completed for each of your hosting plans:

  1. Click on the hosting plan
  2. Click on "Resource Limits"
  3. Click on "Web Resources".
  4. Modify the "Web Schedules" resource accordingly. If this value remains set at 0 your customers will not be able to add Web Schedules for their site. We recommend setting this value to the number of domains you allow hosted in the hosting plan.
  5. Click "Save". From the navigation along the top, click "Hosting Plans". Repeat this process for each of your hosting plans.
